Stage 1 – INCEPTION
Receive, appraise and report on the Client’s brief, requirements, budgetary constraints, site and its antecedents, proposed programming, suggest consultants and methods of contracting.
Stage 2 – CONCEPT AND VIABILITY
Presentation of a viable concept design solution and review of anticipated costs and programming of project.
Stage 3 – DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Develop design to full complexity, incorporating all services and work of other consultants.
Stage 4 – DOCUMENTATION AND PROCUREMENT
Prepare documentation for local authority submission and complete technical aspects construction details. Prepare contract documentation for the signing process.
Stage 5 – CONSTRUCTION
Construction phase commences with handing over of site to contractor. Thereafter continuous administering of the building contract, issuing construction documentation, initiate and or check sub-contract design and documentation, & certificate of practical completion. Assist the client with obtaining an occupation certificate.
Stage 6 – CLOSE OUT
Close out phase where handover of completed project to client takes place, certificate of contract completion will be issued and as-built drawings and technical instruction manuals pertaining to services are issued to client.
